- Feedback and Critique: I provide positive, constructive feedback on your work. I encourage you to see critiques as opportunities for growth rather than as negative judgments.
- Celebrate Progress: It's really fun to celebrate my students' successes and milestones, no matter how small. Building confidence is absolutely necessary.
