Please note that once you have booked and paid for a workshop with us it means that we have reserved a spot in our studio exclusively for you. You will receive a full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before the event. If you cancel your attendance less than 7 days before it is scheduled to take place, you will receive only half of your paid fee back. If you cancel your attendance at a workshop less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will not receive a refund.
If you need to cancel, to avoid losing your fee or half of it, please provide cancellation notice at least 7 days prior to the workshop. You can cancel or reschedule a workshop by emailing us at [email protected]. texting (815) 524-1573, or calling our studio at (815) 524-1573.
